Human ↔ machine collaboration
Software that reasons like the people who run the operation.
Your systems hold the records. The context every decision also runs on — the planner’s sheet, the procedure, the supplier’s email, what people know — lives around them. Selira brings both into one model, every source keeping its own voice, so every answer, and every agent, reasons with the whole context — and people still make the call.
The problem
Every system is right about its part. The whole is put together by hand.
Engineering says the pump is unserviceable. Supply says it is available. Stores says bin A‑22, and the last scan says somewhere else. The maintenance system, the ERP and the planner’s sheet each hold a pump. Add them up and you have three. There is one.
The planner knows. The overnight interface lags, the scan is right, and those three records are one pump. That knowledge is written down — in the planner’s spreadsheet, a note in a shared doc, an email from stores — just outside the systems, where no software can reach it.
Put an AI agent on top of the systems alone and it decides without it — only faster, and with more confidence.
Your systems hold the records you paid for. The context that decides what they mean lives around them, where no software sees it.
From outside, followed through
Something changes outside. Watch what it actually reaches.
A supplier slips at a hangar. A distributor asks a valve plant for a date and a price. A business asks a network for 10G by March. Where Selira is going: each one followed through the operation to where nothing more can be concluded, and the ways out prepared — every one with its price — for the person who holds the authority to decide. Scenarios, with illustrative numbers.

What it solves
One model. Ten very different questions.
Planning is one of them. Most are about knowing — what is true, who said so, what a change reaches, what we believed then — answered from the same model, in the same product.
- today runs now, on sample data
- in build being finished
- direction where it is going
01 · Answer · Aviationin build
Every candidate for this part number — on a shelf, on an aircraft in the hangar, out on repair and back in time.
A customer needs the part by Friday.
02 · Prove · Aviationtoday
What did we believe about this unit on 3 March, and who said so?
An authority opens an audit.
03 · Reconcile · Towersdirection
The seller’s register, the lease list and the field audit disagree about one site. Which is right — and what rent is at stake?
A portfolio of sites changes hands.
04 · Guard · Towersin build
The engineer’s report caps this mast. The new antenna would exceed it, so it is refused — with the rule and the load named.
An operator asks to add equipment.
05 · Measure · Manufacturingtoday
The drawing is in inches and lbf·ft; the plant works in millimetres and N·m. Converted where it can be, refused where the kind is wrong.
A customer sends a drawing from abroad.
06 · Run · Manufacturingdirection
Containment, disposition and sign-off, carried through in order — every step on the record.
A customer complaint opens a non-conformance.
07 · Trace · Manufacturingdirection
Which bars, lots and shipped valves carry heat 2391 — and where are they now?
The mill withdraws a certificate.
08 · React · Aviationdirection
A part slips nine days. What it reaches, where the plan runs out, and the ways out with their prices.
A supplier’s date moves.
09 · Bring · Any operationtoday
The planner’s spreadsheet, kept as a source — its author, its date, its formulas intact.
The truth lives in a sheet beside the ERP.
10 · Apply · Aviationdirection
Which aircraft and components a new directive touches, and what falls due when.
An authority issues a directive.
What it does
Answers and agents get the context your people already have.
Sheets and docs, in the model
The tracker in a spreadsheet and the procedure in a document, each kept with its author and date beside your systems — formulas intact, nothing re-typed. Email is next.
Context on every decision
A question is answered the way your best people see the operation: across time, space, truth and source, in one go.
Agents prepare, people decide
Where it is going: when something changes, the ways out arrive prepared, each with its price — and the person who holds the authority makes the call.
Everything on the record
Every answer says what it stood on; every action, who decided and when.
Four dimensions
The questions your systems struggle to answer in one go
Each one is answerable somewhere — usually in someone’s spreadsheet, or their head. None of them is answerable together, and together is how decisions are actually made.
- Time
- Can you show me what we knew that morning, before anyone corrected it?
- Space
- Where is it: here, in transit, with someone else, or last seen in March?
- Truth
- Whose word counts: the plan, or the person who checked?
- Source
- The ERP, the maintenance system and my sheet each show a pump. Is that three pumps — or one?
Two parts
One engine for the operation. One interface for the people in it.
Orrery holds your operation and runs the work on it; Intui is where your people work with it. They come together, as one platform.
The operational model and engine
Selira Orrery
Holds your operation as it actually is — across time, space, truth and source, every source keeping its own record — answers compound questions in a single query, and runs the work on it, every action on the record.
The intuitive interface
Selira Intui
Where people and agents work together: ask, and get the answer with what it stands on; bring in sheets and documents; make the call on options laid out with their prices.
Compositions
Three worlds, one engine
Not products. Ready-to-use compositions, prepared for a particular operation — configuration rather than a rebuild.
Bring a question your systems can't answer.
Tell us in your own words. We will model it, run it, and show you the answer — and what it stands on. Selira is in early access, and we are looking for design partners.
